You choose between a plain glossy glaze or the charmingly relaxed green flecks – hand applied by the makers. The little feet lift it off the surface, perfect for allowing water to drain away .
Wheel-thrown from stoneware clay that’s rich in iron, the firing process brings out deep coloured flecks in the finished piece. Adding character and depth that’s akin to an object far older than these are.
